Do not pay him advance. I had to wait six month to get my stuff done. Get everything in writing including all the pipes. otherwise he will not do all the pipe which you discussed during giving him the work. Dont believe in him. he is not honest person and he does not do his job instead he hire people without license to do the job. Quality work was not done at all because money was paid in advance.
