It's always a pleasure watching a professional at work. Ben, of Ament's Anytime Plumbing quickly and accurately replaced the main shutoff valve for our house that had developed a leak. In addition to the actual replacement, Ben corrected plumbing faults to the installation, dating back to the original build of the house. His installation was beyond perfect, it actually looks as if it were created in a factory, a tough task for a hand assembled set of valve, pipe, and disconnects. They go above and beyond! On time, easy to deal with, great workmanship.
Lori worked with my warranty company AHS to get a new water heater installed after old one busted. She stayed dedicated working with part supplier and warranty company to get this process done asap. Darien came out and got the new one installed and went over customer education with me. Seamless process, I understand they deal with this situation a lot but us as a family not having hot water was an urgent situation and she understood that. Thank you Lori and Darien. 2 days start to finish.
