When my IMac crashed, I was ready to start crying because the last 6 years of family memories, documents, etc were all there and I was a fool and never backed any of it up. I remembered the hilarious commercial that a couple of actor friends of mine had done for ACS so I decided to call there first. It was 6:30 and although they were closing at 7pm and I had a ways to drive, they stayed open and waited for me to bring it in. I LOVE THIS PLACE – I don't know much about computers but this place was really helpful. They explained exactly what they were talking about. They too the time to make sure I got the right thing. I love them. I highly recommend them to everyone. And their prices are great. I am so glad my next door neighbor told me about Amenity Computer Services.

DEAR CUSTOMERS – Amenity Computer Services, Inc. is under new management for the last past 2 1/2yrs now. I am working hard to gain everyones trust back that is why our policies have changed. We are nicer. No restocking fees. We handle all cost on any warranty item sent back to the manufacture. We give our memory a life time warranty. We are open now 7 DAYS A WEEK. Mon - Sat 9am to 7pm, Sun 10am to 3pm. If you are running late just call and I will wait for you. We are here to serve you.

**I LITTLE PIECE OF TECH HEAVEN FOR IDIOTS LIKE ME** I love Amenity Computer Services. They helped so much. I did get to meet the owner and she was great. Went over the change in polices. I love the new policies. They got rid of their 15% restocking fee and now have a life time warranty on their memory. Of course with the receipt but if you loose the receipt it not a big deal they will still take care of it....I think you just pay for shipping....something like that.

THE BEST, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!! Best computers going...wouldn't have a proprietary machine or anyone else's computer! We've had 2 computers made by them ...EXCELLENT! I have an OEM machine, the one we got Mom is their Savant. Never had any warranty issues or problems, in fact, never had anything go wrong with either computer during the warranty period. After that, I have purchased hardware, etc from them and repaired the computers myself without any problems!

Warranty The best thing i like of them is their warranty schemes. I took a years warranty from them it is very reasonable than others. Also their services are very excellent and prompt. I never had a problem dealing with them.
