When my IMac crashed, I was ready to start crying because the last 6 years of family memories, documents, etc were all there and I was a fool and never backed any of it up. I remembered the hilarious commercial that a couple of actor friends of mine had done for ACS so I decided to call there first. It was 6:30 and although they were closing at 7pm and I had a ways to drive, they stayed open and waited for me to bring it in. I LOVE THIS PLACE – I don't know much about computers but this place was really helpful. They explained exactly what they were talking about. They too the time to make sure I got the right thing. I love them. I highly recommend them to everyone. And their prices are great. I am so glad my next door neighbor told me about Amenity Computer Services.

DEAR CUSTOMERS – Amenity Computer Services, Inc. is under new management for the last past 2 1/2yrs now. I am working hard to gain everyones trust back that is why our policies have changed. We are nicer. No restocking fees. We handle all cost on any warranty item sent back to the manufacture. We give our memory a life time warranty. We are open now 7 DAYS A WEEK. Mon - Sat 9am to 7pm, Sun 10am to 3pm. If you are running late just call and I will wait for you. We are here to serve you.

People who know thier stuff! – I was shopping around for a new pc. I visited several stores trying to find the best bang for the my buck and ran across ACS ( Amenity Computer Services, Inc.) They had several used computers for sale. I mean I found a dual core AMD processor with one gig of RAM. It had Window XP Home on it and was ready to go. I just wanted a extra hard drive, which they had in stock for a decent price. Of course I bought the Computer! I spent less than $300! And they gave me a 90 day warranty on it. They are better than the GEEK SQUAD – I took my laptop over the Geek Squad because I couldn't get my sd card out of the slot. So one of the technicians there took something flat and sharp trying to pull it out which it just damaged the slot......and then it wouldn't power on. I got a manager over there and he said they are not responsible for the damage but could send it off to get the board replaced for about $800. GREAT PRICES & GOOD SERVICE. – They will test the part on the spot, if it is "BAD" and with in the warranty they will swap it out immediately or send it off to the manufacture at their cost. Buying parts from "ALTEX" (Stupid Suggestion) is a bigger pain to return. And you have to send the part off to the manufacture at "YOUR" cost.

Good Prices, bad service. – If you never need service or to return anything ACS is OK. If you ever have a problem they will blame you by saying it is "a bad experience" meaning "you don't know what you are doing." They make it almost impossible to return an item. Altex is not too far away on 1604. Go there instead.
