Did a site visit for an estimate on a Cummins whole home generator install and emailed a week later saying to find someone who will install a Kohler system because the unit he was looking to get for me was now discontinued and the replacement model would be an extra $10k. Ghosted me when I responded for information pertaining to the replacement model, saying I was willing to consider the costs because I prefer to have a Cummins system. Technology is (somewhat) on point, but the insane owner is a pain to deal with. Wish we went with someone else than this neurotic, condescending hack.
Very rude and condescending over the phone. Not willing to work on small projects. Would not allow me to talk without interrupting me. Seems they’ve forgotten where they came from.
