In mid August I was at a local event and my generator was having issues. I called them around noon and they got me in knowing I was from out of town and wouldn't likely be a repeat customer. The issue was repaired but another problem was found. I received a phone call explaining what was found and letting me know they didn't have the parts in stock for my particular generator asking how I would like to proceed.
