Great selection of gowns. Large space. I had an appointment to try on mother of the gowns, and I waited as the stylist was with another person for 20 minutes, that other appointment never ended and it was me who asked the stylist are you helping me as well and she said “oh yes.” I can't even remember her name as she was not engaged in my appointment. I didn't have an appt. Getting zipped & unzipped was a challenge! I was a walk-in so I understand why more attention was given to those who did. For a bride and bridal party it'd be ideal with an appt. They also do not have a seamstress on staff.

My stylist Britney was so fun and soo helpful! She was patient and was pulling all beautiful dresses!!! She made my wedding dress shopping so easy and fun!! I would highly recommend! No pressure was felt to buy the dress that day or to make a decision! I am happy to say I said yes to the dress!!

This bridal shops had lots of mothers of the groom dress options. Their website stated that appointments were recommended but didn't say they were required. We arrived and the doors were locked and told we needed an appointment. We were told there was another group of people coming and only one stylist so they couldn't guarantee someone could help me. I was fine with looking for dresses myself and just needed a dressing room to try on dresses so they thankfully let us in. The stylist did check on me periodically. I thankfull... read more
