Staff was great, got me right in for a skin check, were very thorough, and put my concerns at ease. Had to make sure I was googling the right place because I don't understand the negative reviews at all... I had an amazing experience.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The attitude of the front desk is appalling. There is no privacy respected, and HIPAA is definitely out the window. They can't seem to get their billing information straight, and when I asked a specific question, the answer I was given was "I meeeeeeeeeean, I don't know". I'm not sure where they think they are, but it's certainly not LA. It's Maryville Missouri. I worked for a dermatologist in Chicago for a long time. Not impressed at all. Performed a procedure to have some moles froze and then AFTER the fact had you sign a release to perform the procedure. Authorized a $60 copay to be taken from my bank account and look the next morning to see they took $178!! When I called they said it was for the procedures they had done, yet we hadn’t seen a bill or even talked about a price of anything besides the copay. Super shady business, would not recommend. If I could give it negative stars I would.

I felt like they were just about getting the money, and not how to treat a patient with respect. I have been a patient with them for years, but no longer.
