We had a disappointing experience with this paediatrician, Simone Trist. Despite raising concerns about my son’s weight, she did not weigh or measure him during the appointment, which felt like a significant oversight. Please be aware, if you do not have private hospital cover they will not allow you to see a doctor, even if you make clear that you will pay all fees up front. I understand the need to protect themselves, however this feels very inequitable. Their website boldly states that their “mission is to provide expert women’s healthcare with respect, trust and compassion at the core of everything” they do. Not sure how respectful or compassionate that is, but maybe that only applies to those who have private health care.

For the first time as a 33yo woman I feel seen and believed with my gynaecological care. I can’t recommend Dr Berkemeier and the staff here enough. I’m incredibly grateful to have found this team and to learn more about myself and the pain I was in, which had been ignored and dismissed by other practitioners.

I was under Dr Gale for my pregnancy and birth. As an anxious first time mum to be, I felt very supported and nurtured by Pip and the Amelie Practice as a whole. I had such easy access to physios (Erin is amazing), nutritionists, endocrinologists, lactation support and so on. My birth was an amazing experience and Dr Gale checked on me in person every week day i was there until discharge.
