I bought a Kendra necklace over the phone from them, and my daughter didn't even have a chance to put it on before it fell apart. We've done business with them for years back to when they were over near downtown. I called them to see what we could do, like store credit if they can't do a refund for it, and they said that they're not responsible for it once it leaves the store. This necklace was $38 and they said that they're not going to do anything for us. Very disappointed in their greediness.

Valerie, When you came in store to pick up the necklace our store owner was the one who brought it out to you. You and your daughter both looked at the necklace and left our store happy. A few days later we get a message that it has broken- we are so sorry that happened however once an item leaves our store it is no longer our responsibility.
