We escaped Seattle for a day trip to Bainbridge Island and booked the bistro for lunch. The food and service are fantastic, as is the wine
路過，在台灣要吃到章魚腳不易 看到有「章魚腳」的菜單和店內客座滿滿的人決定今日晚餐在此 真的很高興來這裡用餐 前菜當然是章魚腳呀☺️ 章魚腳：入口第一口略覺得鹹口，但在最內咀嚼後軟嫩好吃沒有腥味只有鮮味烹飪的技巧真好！連換牙期間的小兒子都能輕鬆享受美食。 牛排&薯條：牛排煎煮的外酥內軟；色澤粉嫩可口多汁還貼心的切片方便客人實用。 配餐薯條也很用心，炸的酥脆再淋上店家的自製醬汁，兒子評論這餐第一好吃。 當季鮮魚（華盛頓國王鮭魚） 鮭魚烹調適中，表層微微香酥內嫩搭配漂亮的擺盤份量充足。 蝦仁手工義大利麵 義大利麵的口感Q勁，烹煮的恰到好處、蝦仁新鮮好吃。 甜點：巴斯克起司蛋糕（今日第一天上架喔！） 好吃到不愛吃起司蛋糕的兒子，大獲好評 喜愛外層帶點焦感的味道，加上濃香的鮮奶油好吃的層次感，香濃不膩。 整體用餐滿意度很高，入門後親切服務甜美的笑容，入夜變冷親切點上暖爐；餐點口味較重又保有食物的鮮度；感受到主廚的非常用心的料理每一道食材，兼顧美感及口感手藝真的很棒！ 在美國能吃到圓形食材的美味覺得CP值還不錯的餐廳真的不易。 下次再訪西雅圖會想再訪的餐廳 真心推薦來品嚐 用餐人數：3大1小
Pretty good experience for an afternoon lunch. Very nice outside patio if the weather permits. Nice and quaint for a peaceful lunch.
