Been quoting with them coupe years but their customer service representatives it’s always in bad mood and rude.
In the past they was excellent customer service, after pandemic they work at home , the underwriters did not give their name, some time Hang up the phone, they did not help you at all. So sad
I have been a customer for many years. They use to always prepare for policy renewal and it seemed flawless. The last 2 years I have had to costal call to get things taken care of. This year my policy renewed September 1st, August 31st they were screaming to get policy together. It's now November 9th and I still have no binder in my possession. Not having this binder puts me in legal risk. Really had lost faith in this company to complete anything.
Don’t do business with this agent they are rude, nasty and very unprofessional
