Very unprofessional. Original closing date was on 22 May didn’t happen change to 17 May didn’t happen then change to 24 May when the seller us thought the house closed, We would have funds deposited, Didn’t happen closed on the 28th where funds were transferred after buyer had already moved in memorial weekend no concessions to the seller that should’ve happened. All concessions were given to the buyer.
Kimby was iIncredibly responsive. She kept everyone informed throughout the closing process.Clear communication is crucial for smooth transaction especially when dealing with first time buyers and sellers.
Very unprofessional. Forms were not notarized at our signing. Our checks were mailed instead of being held. Delayed our settlement.
