We stayed here last year in a VRBO unit and it was pleasant, however things were different this year when I took my parents and stayed in one of the 3Bedroom units. We paid over $5,000 for a weeklong stay at Amelia South and were extremely disappointed. The condo was dirty upon arrival (dirty towels left behind, sand in the couch, stained furniture), with broken fixtures and old, uncomfortable furnishings. I have booked a condo with Amelia South twice. Both times I was very pleased.
We love this place. This is our 2nd stay here. Very clean and easy. The property management team is super to deal with and made our stay easy. Very attentive to our questions or needs. Pool area is small but sufficient. Security badges for pool area and beach access. We will definitely be back.
the condo was exceptionally clean and Im a tough judge. the mattress and bedding were an absolute dream! very nice picks! the ac works great. only thing wrong was the ice maker didnt work so we had to keep buying ice.
