The office staff is terrible if you need to set up an appointment. I am a sick patient and on a Wednesday I called for an appointment. I was told they need a referral 1st which is not a problem. I had my Florida doctor send a referral and also had my NJ doctor send my medical records to the office. As of Friday no callback so I called them and was once again told the girl who handles appointments will call me back. God bless these people! I had forgotten my CPAP mask and I was over 4 hours away from my house and it’s the day before Christmas Eve. Needless to say I had very few options but these kind folks saved the day with a Mask that fit my machine…. Merry Christmas to you and god bless you for being so kind in my time of need!
Dr. Ortiz is an excellent physician. She listens to your concerns, is very thorough in her exam and testing, and is very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend!
Great folk, they really care
Horrible customer service. They don't return phone calls and I've ben waiting on a new cpap machine the supposedly ordered a over a month ago (they told me it would take 2 weeks!!). Calls for an update go unanswered and Lincare says they aren't responding to them either. AVOID THIS PRACTICE!!
