Where do I begin? I guess let's start with checking in the unit our first evening and realizing the sofa bed had no sheets. I called the office and was referred to the on duty person. She told me she wasn't sure if she could get to the clean laundry and that I needed to meet her to get the sheets. What?? That's right.
