It was a reason why I stopped coming here because I moved… My nails looked a mess! Nikkie is not consistent with dip powder! My nails were shaped different sizes and they were lumpy. I tried shaping them the best I could and they were worse than this! Maybe Nikkie was rushing because it was near closing, big mistake! Don’t rush customers’ service especially mine! Bye for good!!!

I'm going to be honest, the place is nice and they are very friendly, but what about the nails? I asked for a design that was on their own link and I came out with something that wasn't there and something that makes me feel ashamed.

I called and asked if they had availability for dip powder nails. The women said to come at 2pm. I arrive at 2pm and told one of the staff members I called about dip powder and was told come at 2pm. She said “Can you wait 30 minutes?”………… No. I didn’t come here at 2pm to wait 30-45 minutes. Shouldn’t have told me to come at a certain time if you weren’t going to prepared to do the service.
