Horrible experience. Booked through VRBO about 2 weeks before intended stay. Hurricane Milton changed our plans. Despite only holding the reservation for 2 weeks, they refused ANY refund. Wouldn't even return our several hundred dollar "cleaning fee" even though we did not stay. Even VRBO refunded their site charges. Just bad business to take advantage of a terrible situation; I can see if I had held the reservation for months, but it was 2 weeks out.
Our stay was great. The condo was clean and management got us all the info we needed whenever we asked. They even sent us a list of events & times for the 4th of July. Only complaint was the shower in the master bathroom was the tiniest shower I’ve ever seen. Anyone over 6’ tall would not fit in that shower.
BEWARE! Even if you book through VRBO with this company and expect the 100% refund within the cancellation window, this unethical company violates the refund policy and keeps $35...a "policy" hidden at the very bottom of the listing and not mentioned at all by VRBO. VRBO is worthless and does NOTHING to assist you with this "premier host". AVOID THEM. Have reported them to the BBB and to my credit card to not pay the deposit. Horrible company, do not use! Horrible communication especially regarding expenses. Rented a high end condo that the garage didn't work leaving my 100k truck to be parked in public parking, mold in bathroom showers, clogged sink....look elsewhere!
