I started getting these calls on Feb 4 about my impending surgery, which is a week out, to tell me that I would need to pay an additional almost $3,000 before my surgery. Why wasn’t I contacted weeks ago when I made the surgery appointment and had to pay the facility? Just bad business to call me exactly a week before the surgery to tell me that I owe that much money on the day of my surgery.
