RecommendedCome here every year. Won’t rent from anyone else. Customer service is outstanding. Selection of units is fantastic. Check-in/check-out is super simple. Any issues that might arise are handled very promptly.

This is the 3rd time renting from this company. Different units every time. All GREAT experiences!!! Won’t rent from anyone else. This year we had a minor mechanical issue which was resolved within a few hours, on a Sunday morning no less. AMAZING!!! EXCELLENT customer service, VERY clean accommodations, and so many BEAUTIFUL spaces to choose from!!! Rented from another company 1 year. BIG mistake. Will only use this company from now on!!!!

CONDO 1135 Beach Walker Building D Where do I begin?? My girlfriends and I arrived this past Thursday for a girls weekend we started planning back in March. Little lengthy but must read First off the house and pool was nice BUT I never received my deposit back and no call email nothing but when my payment was due they were burning my phone up so I called them upon calling found out just so happens the lady I had been dealing with was no longer there I was then told you lost your deposit due to pets...well upon booking the house was told pets were fine as long they were crate trained Now with that said was told we lost deposit due to urine all over the house First we stayed upsta... read more
Kept my deposit!!! The place was perfect when we checked out! Was told that they were to occasionally keep people’s deposit and that it happened to be ours deposit that was chosen.
