Oh my goodness when my sister received her flowers we were all so taken back by the way that they arranged them so beautiful so thoughtful I am so lost for words I recommend this place 10 times over Russell is a peach he's such a kind loving soul I've never met him but OMG very personal

Update: After many contact attempts and a refund the flowers did show up and the owner was very apologetic(once contact was finally made) My original comments still stand as I am very frustrated with my experience. Original review: Very dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience. I ordered flowers for my mom for Valentine’s Day on February 5th to be delivered on the 14th. The order never showed up. My husband is deployed, and he managed to find the time IN JANUARY to place an order for me for flowers for Valentine’s Day. Valentine’s Day came and went- no flowers. So I called on 2/15 right when they opened, and the co-owner stated, “everyone is getting their flowers today! I’m so sorry.” Spoiler alert! No flowers were delivered, and no phone call was made. At this point I’m just going to have my husband call the bank and dispute the charge. Especially after looking at other reviews and how this is a recurring issue.

My daughter is a cat lover and this was just what she needed to cheer her up following surgery. She commented on how intricate and nicely done the arrangement was - I appreciated how Russell took the extra time to put in the tulips and orchids and his attention to detail. A medical coup. Nicely done guys!
