Rooms are disgusting
Neighbours yelling and screaming at each other for hours most nights. Was very unsettling at times to try and rest and sleep.
Me and my partner booked a room for an upcoming concert, paid for the room and everything only to get a cal saying renovations were happening and our room was no longer available, they then refused to give us our money back and wouldn't explain why. Don't book a room here if you like keeping g your money
