Me and my partner booked a room for an upcoming concert, paid for the room and everything only to get a cal saying renovations were happening and our room was no longer available, they then refused to give us our money back and wouldn't explain why. Don't book a room here if you like keeping g your money
Do not book a room here! this place scammed us we booked a room and couple weeks ago we had to find a new place to say as they were under reservations, when asking for any sort of refund or compensation we were declined and refused to give us are money back. i would give it 0 stars if i could.
This hotel should be ashamed of themselves for ripping people off. My son and girlfriend booked a room in advance, then a couple of weeks before the cancelled the booking as they are renovating. That is fair enough, but the disgusting part is they refused to refund their money or give them credit for a future stay. This should be a crime. Don't trust this place!!!!!
