I went to see Dr. Frank on a referral. The moment she walked in she was high energy and very positive, making it very easy to talk to her. Dr. Frank sincerely listened to me and I felt heard, supported and helped. She answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I was super nervous meeting a new doctor, it faded almost immediately. She even walked me out to make sure my next appointment was scheduled correctly. I'm so thankful to have taken the step to meet with her. She truly showed me that she cares. Thank you.

Went to see this dr last year and it was a complete waste of time and money. Sent me out for $1k worth of tests, did not give me results. Received medication but didn’t call in to pharmacy for 2 weeks. When I went back because I didn’t like the medicine, we decided it switch meds and she never called it in. Would not go back.
