Have lived at Amelia for the past 5 years. Have really enjoyed the experience for the most part. Two biggest on going issues that haven’t been corrected in 2 years are the 7 dead or dying trees in the Courtyard and 2 of the 4 overhead lights over the main entrance have been inoperative for 2 years which provides for a dark entry at night!! With an almost $4000/year increase in Rent I would expect better!!
The apartments themselves and the grounds are pretty nice, but they are wicked expensive, PLUS it’s like pulling teeth to get management to do even the simplest things.
Susanne at the office is just wonderful. She is patient and caring, always helpful. Patrick , one of the maintenance crew, is a delight. He calmly fixes whatever needs fixing, always a smile.
