Staff is not helpful, poor customer service and overall experience.
This 'American Establishment' had my car towed within three hours, despite the fact that the vehicle was moved due to hail damage prevention measures. If this is what the 'American Dream' has come to, then I do not believe that sucks a thing exists anymore. More like an American Nightmare. This place and the towing company: neither have any shred of honor or integrity between them. They deserve none of your money.
