Used this bank for 13 years without issue. Checked my non primary account to find it had been overdrafted for over a week without any contact and $90 of overdraft fees had been charged. I called to see if the fees could be reversed after scheduling a transfer into the account that would bring it positive and was told they would look into it and call back as it was strange i didnt receive a call or text.
