As of February 2022, this location is permanently closed.
Post poor service at this location regarding their ATM. The Branch is literally 10 minutes from me but I have started driving out my way to the Westheimer, Memorial City or Sugarland location before even attempting to go to this location anymore. Their ATM is always out of order at least 2 or 3 times a week and this have been going on for years. Who puts the ATM in the same drive line as a customer service line. Very rude and unhelpful!
George and his staff are probably some of the worst bankers ive dealt with in my life. Cant get a simple phone call and loan app processed for a small business. They ignore, and screen phone calls and emails. I regret the day i stepped foot in here. Find a better bank that cares about their customers.
Most un helpful branch I have ever been too account holder of 18 years...
