These guys were so knowledgeable and went out of there way to assist us. We were shipping the bike to Mexico so they opened the box and helped us with removing the battery and packing other things we bought. They have a huge inventory and selection of Ebikes. We ordered online and they had the Ebike ready for pickup the next day. I would recommend this bike to anyone who is looking for a Ebike
I had a problem, I bought an e-bike of the Soltera 2.0 model that cost me 1400 dollars and in the second week the tire went flat, I took it to be fixed and they welcomed me well, one of the Calvin employees who worked on my bike identified a very small hole in the tire and had a job trying to find it in the tire's inner tube, he didn't find it and made a patch in the area where the hole would be, he told me that for first repairs on the bike like this it is free but he couldn't find it in the system that I hadn't used the fr... read more
I ordered one bike on May 5th, which as per the website was in stock. It stated 1-2 weeks delivery. After 2 weeks I called and was told it was being shipped in 2 days. A week later I called and left a message. No response. I messaged on FB and was told another 2-3 weeks because of COVID, which I don't understand because it said it was in stock. Pkease give the mechanic tgere a big sandwich, he is a big guy and he needs it People who work there are pros, fix anything you have broken easily I just trust those mechanics, saved me from buying a new battery by identifying a problem in the wiring (didn’t ask anything for it) but i bought sone stuff from them anyway cause the work was good
