I ordered an aventon level 2 online. After not hearing back for over a week I reached out to their live chat and was told the level 2 was on backorder and would be ordered from aventon, checked at their shop, and sent to me. Another week went by and I didn't hear back so I checked in on live chat again and was told to reach out to their operations manager. My stomach sank, but I sent him an email. Very friendly staff and very well mannered and hospitable. Pretty much satisfied with their service! Would recommend this location to my friends if they wanna get a new bike!
Okay so I do like their bikes but its already been a month since I handed them my bike to get it serviced and trust me guys I haven’t yet received my bike for just minor issues repairs! And whenever I call them they say, we can’t do anything about it, its the production department, whenever they will call us, we’ll give you your bike! Like come one! Terrible experience was quoted $50 for a bike tune up as the guy was closing the shop, I went back two days later and got told $189 for it by an employee who did not seem to care for business.
