Service far exceeded expectations Unannounced, I brought my 3 yr old NCM E-Bike in to drop off at Amego's store this morning to fix repairs I had made myself (rear flat tire, brake pads, adjustments) & screwed up. Serviced immediately, I was in and out in 90 minutes. Brian (my bike tech) was very knowledgeable, showing me the things I had messed up, as he went about, and fixing a couple of issues I wasn't aware of. A good sense of humour helped.
