I would like to thank Amego for their assistance and persistence in repairing my e-bike. I brought my brand new Urtopia e-bike which had electrical issues and would not operate. Joel at the North York store quickly confirmed that it was a battery issue and ordered a new one from the manufacturer under warranty. Long story short, it took multiple emails, the intervention of Amego’s CEO, Virginia, and 3 months, but finally a new battery arrived and my bike is operational.
