Very personable and, seeming, competent.
Consistently seems like she couldn’t care less about my care. I’ve been a patient of hers for over 2 years and every time I need a refill, have a question, etc, it is days before I get a return call if I even get one. I’ve been going to Noran for years and will now find another neurologist in the metro as I’m just done with the horrible customer service, complete lack of bedside manner, and overall feeling of just being a bother to staff.
