Dr. Chandrabalan’s appointment was a complete letdown. I sought help for serious symptoms but she dismissed them with a brief exam, ordering no diagnostic tests or tools, providing no direction or next steps, and offering no avenues for symptom relief. Her cold, dismissive attitude made my health symptoms feel entirely unimportant, leaving me without answers or a path forward. Patients deserve a neurologist who listens and investigates—choose another doctor for proper care.
I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. I came to the appointment prepared with a clear medical history and documentation of ongoing neurological symptoms that have significantly affected my life. Unfortunately, I felt completely dismissed. She did not take the time to review the paperwork I brought, nor did she seem interested in hearing the full scope of what I’ve been dealing with. Dr. Chandrabalan exceeded my expectations! I specifically sought her out for her areas of specialty. She read through my history prior to meeting me and took the time to listen to me explain all the issues I have had to make an informed decision on my care. She eased my concerns on previous test results. She never rushed me and made sure I was comfortable with and understood what to do going forward. I read some other reviews that say the opposite so I am happy I disregarded those reviews. I thought she was awesome!
