Respectful, caring, supportive, and friendly. I think that is all the things we need as a patient from our medical team that takes care of our health. I have been to too many different clinics in the past, because of my jobs location all over Nashville, but this one is stand out, because of the kind and respect they have for their patients. You must be very careful when you visit this clinic, they never care about people and patients, what they care about is money, health in this state, not your flesh and skin

Talked to 2 people to get a routine physical days in advance. I told them my insurance and offered my insurance information several times to be verified in advance. I was told don't need to. Just show up for the appointment and I am all good for the appointment. Then at time of the appointment. I showed up early and she said we cannot verify or confirm your insurance.
