This company is horrible, they shouldn't be able to be in business. They sent me a broken ultrasound machine, then tried to talk me into keeping it and "having it fixed." This was back in January and my business had to be delayed to be opened. Then they promised they would refund me all of my money and they still haven't. It been months of wasted time and money, emails and calls and now the owner has my cell phone number blocked. I had to pay for a lawyer to send a demand letter to get a refund and they still haven't respond... read more
They are simply the best. Their being in business is a blessing to the medical community and the patients. Their support through the years which has been better than the original manufacturer has saved many patients thousands of dollars of diagnostics by getting an accurate diagnosis through ultrasound.
I purchased an EKG machine from AME Ultrasounds. I received my order in a timely manner. It was well packaged and the machine was exactly as described. The cart had to be shipped by freight. The cart was better than expected and packaged well. I spoke with a gentleman name Ephraim who was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and confirmed availability of the EKG that I was interested in purchasing. I would definitely recommend.
Absolutely the BEST!! from initial consultation, to ordering, to receiving to setup, to availability and last but not least the ongoing support is second to none! Sid and team has been accessible and phenomenal throughout all of our purchases. We recommend this company to anyone and we are definitely doing business with them again in the future. We paid in full over 2 weeks ago. Still no ultrasound. We were promised shipping in no more than a week. We have had construction done... moved out old equipment and they are still deciding when they can get the ultrasound to us.
