****ZERO STARS DO NOT TRUST THEM! **** Bob, you have the worst customer service skills imaginable. Our limo BUS was supposed to pick us up at 5:15am. We began to follow up with the driver and were ignored for about 30 minutes before being told, 5 more minutes, 8 more minutes, 15 more minutes, 23 MORE MINUTES! He arrived at 6:30 with a regular limo…for 11 people with luggage for an international trip. Horrible experience. Driver showed up over an hour late. Was supposed to have a bus for 11 people plus luggage for an international trip. Showed up in a regular limo, sat cramped with luggage stuffed between our legs and two people laying on top of luggage. We were supposed to leave pick up location at 515, left at 630 pushing the limit to get to the airport to make a flight that boards at 750. We didnt get to the airport till almost 730 and still need to clear customs. Worst limo experience ever.
I booked AME Transportation to take a client from the O'Hare Airport to Joliet, IL one day and then pick him up another day and take him back to the airport. The drivers were friendly, prompt and professional. My client forgot his cell phone charger and the driver stopped at a local Target so that he could run in and grab a charger before arriving at his hotel. He was so happy.
