Worst spa/massage experience of my life. I looked forward to this appointment for two months along with my wife. We were told to show up an hour early to enjoy the amenities. After being shown a locker in men’s room I put on my robe and sat in lobby for 35 minutes wondering why my wife was taking so long to change so we can enjoy the various amenities.
