Worst spa/massage experience of my life. I looked forward to this appointment for two months along with my wife. We were told to show up an hour early to enjoy the amenities. After being shown a locker in men’s room I put on my robe and sat in lobby for 35 minutes wondering why my wife was taking so long to change so we can enjoy the various amenities. The best spa day ever!! Cannot get over how well Norma did my pedicure as well. Wish I lived here so I can come see her every time I need my nails done. Amazing experience all around … wonderful massage, great staff, gorgeous relaxing spa.
Norma gave me an excellent pedicure. She was a pleasure to talk to and interact with. I highly recommend her services at Ame Spa.
