Exceptional customer service from plumber MATT!!!!! He was beyond kind and understanding and extremely efficient and competent!!! He responded quickly to my call and was sensitive to my sense of stress and need to fix the problem in a timely fashion. MATT and his team came after hours and quickly had my water line repaired! I cannot express how thankful I am to how he handled the situation. AME is the best!

Just want to say thank you to Mike who was the professional that helped us w a leak in our bathroom. He carefully investigated where the leak came from and respected our home enough not to “swiss cheese” our ceilings. He measured and made sure things were really leaking before charging me a reasonable amount on the work he did. I think the company is fairly priced and Mike was extremely honest. Thank you. I will not use anyone else and will continue to contact them as my plumbers as needed.

Our underground water line needed to be replaced and AME Plumbing came out right away. Tom and Mark went above and beyond to help us! Mark and his crew did an amazing job! We will definitely be using them again. Thank you guys so much!!

It was the day before Easter and I got a call from my wife letting me know our basement was filled with water due to our water heat failing. I scrabbled to find a company that could resolve the problem at a reasonable price as fast as possible. I called 3 companies to give me a quote and only one came through was AME Plumbing! Called this plumbing company on Oct 4 thinking my hot water heater wasn’t working. The plumber came quickly and figured out the issue — the gas company had pinned the gas line. He explained everything clearly, which I appreciated. The visit cost $133, which felt a bit high since it wasn’t a plumbing problem, but the service was polite and professional. I just wish there had been a little more flexibility.
