AME was very reliable and responded to request for service immediately. They scheduled a technician within 1 hour to assess and diagnose the problem. Repair was scheduled the next day and tech frequently updated ETA including final call prior to arrival. Mat was the initial tech who provided a reasonable fair price. What an excellent, excellent experience! After self-installing a bidet in my bathroom I noticed there was a small leak when turning the water valve back on. Not an emergency situation by any means, but nonetheless, it’s rather inconvenient not to have one’s favorite toilet available for use. Matt and the whole team were a pleasure to work with. The attention to detail was amazing. I was so pleased with the final results of the job. My family is so grateful for AME Plumbing. We had an emergency situation and they came out immediately, diagnosed the problem and gave me several options to resolve our situation. This was a stress reliever.
