I purchased an incumbent bike by Matrix from Ame Fitness. Shipping was great and the bike came clear from the East coast all the way to my doorstep, awesome! We had a little issue with the computer on the bike, It sucked not to get everything ready to go but the guys at AME fitness handled the issue properly and attentively. I tried to buy a Woodway 4Front from Andy a few months ago, but he sold it the day I contacted him. I asked him to keep my number in case he got another one. When he called me a few weeks ago to let me know another one had come in, we quickly reached a deal. He shipped it when he said he would, and it arrived in even better condition than he said it was in. First, I need to say that buying a used spin bike started as a daunting experience. I wasn't going back to the gym any time soon, so I started building my home gym. The "yoga studio" was complete and I had a few free weights. Oh how I wanted a bike! A good solid bike! No need to spend oodles on a Peloton. I had an I-Pad and access to aps. I rarely leave reviews because I find most companies deliver marginal service at best today. Any Serrano and his company AME Fitness however have delivered exceptional service along with great pricing. Andy followed up multiple times after the sale to make sure my Stairmaster and Cybex bike were delivered in good order and that they functioned well. Service after the sale makes Andy a total standout in todays world. I highly recommend him!
