I was referred to AME by a friend, and I’ve gotta say the customer service and experience is immaculate. The car was fixed and had lil breakdown a day after, Anthony was so proactive, he sent a tow truck over and my car was fixed the same day. The staff is very responsive and polite. Highly recommend if you want accountable people in the business!
Rude staff with no common sense. They don’t care about the customer situation or condition. Holding this type of bad attitude can led to a permanent lock on the business.
Initially, I had an issue after my BMW’s brake service at Ame Automotive — my handbrake stopped working right after the repair. At first, there was some misunderstanding, but Anthony personally reached out to me, handled the matter professionally, and offered a refund. I really appreciate how he took responsibility and resolved the problem fairly. Great customer service in the end, thank you for sorting it out!
I took my BMW to Ame Automotive for brake disc and pad replacement. The handbrake was working perfectly before the service, and even the staff acknowledged that. However, right after the repair, the handbrake completely failed. When I raised the issue, they refused to take responsibility, claiming they did nothing wrong. Extremely disappointed with how this was handled — I expected more professionalism and accountability. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for honest or professional service.
