I'm only commenting because I keep receiving junk mail advertising this place. I took my Subaru in a few years ago to get a pressure check and flush of my cooling system due to an overheating issue. I dropped it off in the morning and returned in the afternoon at the time they said it would be ready. When I arrived to pick it up, the car hadn't even been looked at so I had to wait for 15-20mins at the shop while it was getting done. I previously found them reliable; however, they are now requesting a deposit over the phone by collecting credit card details. This does not appear to be a secure procedure and may not comply with Australia’s cybersecurity standards. I hope they address this security concern promptly.
I took my car for inspection recently and the staff were amazing. They handled the situation calmly and professionally and did a very good job. I really appreciate their support and would definitely recommend them.
I was referred to AME by a friend, and I’ve gotta say the customer service and experience is immaculate. The car was fixed and had lil breakdown a day after, Anthony was so proactive, he sent a tow truck over and my car was fixed the same day. The staff is very responsive and polite. Highly recommend if you want accountable people in the business!
🚨 Avoid this garage – especially if you’re a backpacker 🚨 We came in for a simple inspection and were clearly scammed. This garage seems to take advantage of backpackers and their lack of knowledge of the Australian system by making up issues, inflating repair costs, and charging unjustified fees.
