Tried to make an appointment and was told I needed Dr notes and X-rays before I could have one. I had my primary care dr appointment and asked Dr Clay for a referral. A referral was made and I tried calling back and was on hold for 30 minutes waiting for an appointment and no one ever came on the line. It's like they don't want any new patients. Very frustrating.
I have been going to AMDC physicians since 2019 seeing Dr. Brandon Miller. My last appointment was scheduled about three months ago and I canceled it because the service of his staff and his recent behavior is appalling to me. This man has known me for seven years and knows the person that I am but he recently hired a new Nurse that is very rude. Medical care is great but absolutely everything else is awful. There is no portal to communicate nor can you get anyone to return a call. That’s if they don’t just take the phone off the hook so they don’t have to be bothered to do their job. I left a message today asking for a referral for an outside rheumatologist as the insane neuropathy I’m experiencing cannot be left to go on. I’m not holding my breath that they will even bother to return that call. Go anywhere but here.
Started going to this office after years of fighting pain , having been diagnosed years ago with a terrible autoimmune disease. First visit was nice met with doctor carlton miller and he listened ran a bunch of blood work did some X-rays and ordered some meds.
