There is no way of contacting this office for ANYTHING! They don’t answer the phone and every time I go there the door is locked, meeting! The sign says sorry for the inconvenience but when are they open? I am on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone and just as it happened the last 15 times I called they keep you on hold forever then they hang up still nothing resolved!
I've been there at least 5 times, only had blood work once. I've never been diagnosed but I've been prescribed medication. All my appointments last 10 minutes and no one seems to have an interest in finding out what is wrong.
Only go here if you're ready to be gaslit by the doc and have the worst customer service from the office staff that you've ever had. Went here bc I was desperate for care and the only place I could get in, well I know why. Every person that I have spoken with at this office is horribly rude. Scheduling and the office staff are one con that I could have gotten over. I just spent almost 2 hours on hold to make an appointment and no answer. This is absolutely absurd! Update: Had an appointment, called to try to reschedule it because I was sick. Spent 1.5 hours on hold waiting for someone to answer. They never did answer, so I had to hang up. Now I got a bill in the mail for a missed appointment fee. You have got to be joking?! I will not be paying this. Absolutely absurd business practices
Gave this practice 4years of my time and the only difference is I am worse off Yes the front office does not communicate with the back office I am going to a fresh set of eyes I would give a -2 in helping patients
