Was in quite a bit of pain. Wait was long but not a problem as you expect a long wait at a doctor's office. My prescriptions didn't get filled that day. I called back several times the next day and talked to a couple of different people who assured me they would fill my prescription. It never got filled. I called back and they were closed. Due to the amount of pain I was in I had to visit another doctor just so I can get the medication I needed. It's been a month and they still haven't filled my prescription. I had to request multiple medications to be sent to my pharmacy, and then sent to the wrong pharmacy and because they are a controlled substance. I had appointments scheduled, and card to prove it, and they say I don’t have an appointment. If you call your on hold for over 29 minutes and at times you have to leave messages to never be called back. I’ve left messages for Carlton’s nurses and they never call back or to fill important medications. They don’t do their job.
I had my first initial visit with Dr. Miller a month ago. He was very thorough, was very attentive, and ran all the proper labs and testing due to suspecting RA. I went last week to get my results and seen Kristen Joostema to get all of my results, and Dr. Miller was right. I have never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room to be called back, and all of the staff have been nothing but kind. I am very pleased with the care I have recieved so far.
After years of pain and a fruitless search for the cause, I was referred to Dr. B. Miller. Nothing better could have happened to me! I am very grateful to Dr. Miller for taking my illness very seriously and offering me the best treatment. Dr. Miller's approach also impresses fellow doctors, who admire the great diligence with which he treats his patients. Thank you very much, I am very grateful.
