I have been going for years. And watched at 1st hand. This place declining. My appointment had been canceled and reschedule 3 time's on their part. With month's further apart. I from my L1 vertebrae and L2 vertebrae last year. So I called VCU ORTHOPEDIC. Needless to say. I'm done with them and moved on.

I never feel heard. If it wasn't so hard to find rhuemathologist with any availability I would have already stopped coming here. They ask about issues and when you try to answer they interrupt so you never get to fully elaborate. This happened with 3 different providers at this place. I felt dejected before I even got there the last time. Sometimes they are so busy telling you what they think that what you said gets lost in translation. It's dismissive.

Everyone was very nice. Dr.Miller was great. He talked to me and explained my condition. I didn't have to wait long to be seen.

I'm the kind of person who has a hard time picking up the phone to schedule appointments, and it's disheartening how difficult it is to get through to the office and book an appointment. It's a real shame because I've had good experiences with Dr. Miller. He really cares and listens. He is very friendly and outgoing. He has done a good job at explaining my condition and answering my questions. I'd recommend the Dr, but I can't recommend the office which is disappointing.
