Was not even allowed to try the only aids covered under my insurance. Was told I need to buy $3200 aids. No audiogram either.
Made the mistake of coming here, I got my hearing aids and insurance paid all but $30. First visit for adjustments and Deric literally yelled at me that I was going to owe alot more than than $30. I was offered to either drop my warranty on the expensive hearing aids or go with a different type (that they must make more off of) that I did not want. Have been a patient at least five years and always have had great service at Amdahl Hearing. I have recommended friends to Amdahl Hearing and they are happy too.
I had nothing but a great experience working with Dr. Derik on fitting and adjusting my hearing aid's. I found him to be very professional and experienced. He would not let me go until I was completely satisfied. I found Amdahl to be very competitive and I never felt pressured into buying. I know that if I have a problem it will be resolved. I would definitely recommend them as they had been recommended to me by other satisfied patient's.
