I was being seen by Kimberly. I was pleased with her but my last appointment with her was changed a day. When I went in for an adjustment I was helped by another employee. She cleaned my hearing aids but didn’t have time for an adjustment because Kimberly was no longer there. No offer was made to reschedule the appointment.
