Staff was very friendly, facility was clean and well maintained. Care was good, and good with children. Would recommend and will return.
The best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. They were so fast, got us in IMMEDIATELY. They went above and beyond to help my son. I will literally tell people to only ever go here for any need for an urgent care. Seriously the best. The lady at the front desk was so nice as well and went above and beyond. For it being new years, they got me right in and out. Marsha at the front desk had me checked in within 2-3 minutes max, soon as that was done, Ms. Angie was right there to take me back to the room. She was so kind to me, very caring. Mr. Brian heard how I sounded when I was checking in and was already asking me questions before I made it back. Unfortunately the lady working at the front desk was incredibly rude from the moment we walked in. She didn’t look up at us when we walked in even though there was no one inside and just looked annoyed that we were there. We left so that’s the only experience we got there but it was however a clean environment.
The girl at the front desk with the MASSIVE keloid scare on her nose is incredibly rude and dismissive. These are not the kind of people that should be working in healthcare.
