I came in a week ago with zero problems. Today I check in and some different woman at the front desk decides she “can’t verify” my insurance. I tell her to call the number on the back of the card—she does, then claims there’s a 45-minute wait. I walk out, call my insurance myself, and get through instantly. No wait at all. Then I call AMD back and that same lazy, entitled front-desk lady is still lying over the phone about the 45-minute wait, like she’s too important to do her actual job.
My husband and I just visited this urgent care and they were exceptionally kind and helpful! We had Angie as our nurse and she was so nice and went above and beyond to help us when we were feeling so crummy and PA Fannon was also amazing and helpful! Highly reccomend this urgent care!
I was seeing right away. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The PA who saw me assessed my condition and provided guidance for follow up care.
Such a great experience! Went in with an impacted ear with earwax and I was in and out under 30 minutes! The staff was so helpful!
