Poor Communication and Apparently Not Interested in Metro Area Work I emailed this electrical contractor with complete details of the work required, including photos and all the information needed to determine whether the job was suitable and to provide a quote. Unfortunately, I never received any response. No quote, no acknowledgement, no request for additional information, and not even the courtesy of a quick email advising that he was not interested in the work. Tony and team are fantastic!! Always friendly, professional, responsive, and do excellent work. We've had Tony out a few times for work around our place and are impressed every time at the quality of work, no bs, and upfront service. Wouldn't go anywhere else now!
Very happy all round with the job.Tony arrived exactly at the pre-arranged time.The job was finished approximately 2 hours ahead of the estimated time.I had to have a 15 amp lead to test the job,which i didn't have.The store bought ones were advertised at an unreasonably high price,so Tony made one up for me and said it was free of charge.Awesome,you don't see people doing things like that much anymore these days,but Tony did.Highly recommend people to give Tony a call.
