I am posting on behalf of my daughter who is celebrating her 40th birthday today, and had booked in for a wash and blow wave with the potential for an updo. She decided not to proceed with the updo component. The wash wasn't provided and she received curls that didn't last more than 15 minutes For a price of $49 it was very disappointing.
AMD are always fantastic. They listen to any concerns I have and makes a plan to combat them. They are all friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
people where nice and i don't mind the hair i walked out with although it is nothing like the creamy blond inspo pics i showed my hairdresser, also the bleach on my two front pieces slightly burnt/ fried my hair it looks a bit orange and the baby hair stick up no matter what produces i use which has never happened when i have had my hair dyed before.When i went back the next day not too complain just to ask if there was anything we could do to help get it more like my inspo pics i was told no in a bit of a passive aggressive... read more
Had bleach dropped on my jumper and the hairdresser just wiped it off at the basin and didn’t say anything, $80 jumper ruined after multiple appointments here spending over $1500 in total, missed my appointment because life happens and they requested a $50 deposit for future bookings, yeah fair enough but drop bleach on my jumper and pretend like it didn’t happen? Overpriced salon and the poor hairdressers are overworked and probs being paid min wage 😵💫
