Just got charged 16k for 400 square feet of hardwood and the wood isn’t even half the quality of my original floors . The installer even commented that he couldn’t believe the little wood was even level with what I already had . I will have to have it replaced to be able to sell my home . I have a new bid for 6k with real wood. I am not happy with this company and feel that George scammed and took advantage of me . I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone .
