If i could give no stars, i would!! Such unfriendly people in shipping department. Never been there before, and I had an issue with the check in computer. The young guy was very annoyed when I asked for help. Waited 1 hr before I got loaded. Our company policy is to strap any load and i left 2 straps in the back. however, there was no room for me to get into trailer, I asked the guy if I could get onto the dock. He said No, you are good to go. You are not allowed on the dock. I asked if the forklift guy could add straps, he ... read more
Based on the reviews I thought that driver would wait all day We had 12PM app for the pickup, he checked in at 10:45 AM and was loaded by 12:30 PM
Slow,lazy and rude…
I was afraid to see other’s reviews about this place . But very good staff and they loaded me in 15 mins , great place, but make sure your trailer is clean before coming to this place. Because they don’t allow you to clean in the facility , you gotta do it outside of their territory
