I received completely different answers to the same questions I asked recently. Though Amco was apologetic, It left me confused about who was actually giving me accurate information. As a potential client ready to spend thousands of dollars, I expect sales personnel to be on top of their game. Secondly, their method of metal post construction, as explained to me, convinced me to look else where.
I have now stopped purchasing from AMCO. Consistently getting my orders wrong, even when i give the exact material count.
I bought AMCO fencing through a contractor and unfortunately it had a defect. Despite the fact that it was purchased with the previous owner, the new owner replaced all of the fencing for free and sent someone to reinstall it even though he did not have to. Clearly the new ownership stands behind their products and services. I highly recommend AMCO for your next project!!!
