I ask AMCO to change my address for my policy renewal two weeks before renewal. I never received my new policy renewal in the mail. I had broken ankle and leg bone and could not get around much. I thought I had a year policy and I made payment 2 months in advance when I did pay. I had a small fender bender and discovered that I was not covered in 2 days of lapsed coverage. This insurance is a fucken rip off!!!...starting with the owners wife Hassina that thinks she owns the place ...She is rude,ugly has a horrible attitude shes a two face and a liar..Even thought i will admit this office will do everything to give you a really low price..It doesnt matter because it goes back to the owner they give you some bogus late fees they add as an agency.And lie and say they cant take the payment because thats what the computer says.Honestly go directly to a company to get insurance they dnt have no bogu... read more
