I had to pay for a service call when the repair man didnt do anything. He said that he could not fix the problem and to call the manufacturer. Didnt even look at my appliance, just based his diagnosis on what I said was the problem. He only brought about 4 tools with him and didnt look like he knew what to do in the first place, thank goodness he didnt pull my appliance apart. A-plus and AMCO Appliance are the same. When I called this company, Mr. Bob said he is going to charge only \$50 for the visit and then they can give estimate for the work. I called them to fix my electric cable coming to dishwasher. Bob came and gave estimate to fix this 15 minutes job for \$125. After negotiation I paid him \$115 so that I dont have to wait and call other repair guy. It took him just 15 minutes to fix the problem. I will never ever will go to this company. I give this guy 5stars for not catering to the mooches and freeloaders who think he is from Obama care. To ALL WHO think, someone is going to spend his time, his energy and his gas to come to YOUR HOME use his knowledge and his labor to solve YOUR problems and give it to you for FREE.. YOU PROBABLY BELIEVE all of the Obama lies as well . YOU NEED to get some common SENSE. got it!

Tech did not make appointment time, never called to say he would be late. I called an hour after the appointment time and got an answering machine. I left a message and an hour and a half after THAT, I still received NO call, so I called again, got the answering machine and told them not to show up, and that I feel that they were not very professional to NOT show up, or call back. NEVER will call them again!
