I have been a long-time customer of WEMA and now Amcest. When my alarm started malfunctioning Amcest told me it was a discontinued model and recommended a 2GIG alarm. I paid Amcest for the alarm and for it's programming. When I received it I removed all the sensors, motion detectors and smoke alarms from my old system and installed those of the 2GIG.
